Ordering Information
Q1: How to order?
A: For retailers or individuals, please provide the item numbers shown on our website. If your order is small, we can assist you in ordering in bulk and arranging shipment. For wholesalers and import agents, please provide the item numbers and desired quantity, and we will offer you the lowest price for mass production.
Q2: What are the payment terms?
A: We accept two payment methods:
- TT: Pay 30% in advance as a deposit. Once we arrange mass production, you can pay the remaining 70% balance against the copy of the B/L.
- 100% L/C at sight.
Q3: Can I mix items in one container?
A: We strive to fulfill all client requests. You can mix up to 5 items. If you wish to mix more, please allow us to check and confirm.
Q4: Is there a sample fee?
A: We usually provide free samples, but the buyer is responsible for the transportation fee. However, we will refund the fee when you place an order.
Q5: What is the delivery time?
A: After receiving a deposit, we can complete a 40'HQ container within 30-45 days. For a 20'GP container, it takes approximately 25-35 days.
